All inlay is cut and engraved entirely by hand. Mike uses a variety of materials, including various mothers of pearl, abalone, copper, nickel silver, brass, aluminum, steel, wood, ivory from reclaimed piano keys, recon stone, and more.

While Mike Snider’s inlay work often graces his own guitars as well as other builders’ guitars, it is also available in other forms like belt buckles and fine woodworking projects.

Mike is happy to work with clients’ designs and ideas and is also glad to come up with entirely new designs for those who would like them.
