SNIDER ELECTRIC GUITARS
Electric guitars are the focus of Snider Guitars. Each is hand-built, one at a time, to exacting standards, using the highest quality and finest sounding woods and materials available. Several models/body shapes are available, and Mike is continuously designing and adding more. Each shape is available in a carved top, flat top, or bent top version, with any type of pickup configuration. Both bolt-on and set necks are utilized, each of which offer the option of carbon fiber reinforcement for stability and tone transfer. Chambering of the body is frequently done as well. This can be a light chambering to reduce weight, or a more extreme chambering to alter tone and enhance resonance. Pickups are available hand-wound by Mike Snider himself, and each is tailored to the specific instrument it’s wound for. Other pickups of your choosing can easily be used as well. Virtually any combination of pickups is also available. Standard finish is high gloss nitrocellulose lacquer, with an oiled neck for the ultimate feel and playability.
